Our core competency focuses on providing discounted cleaning services for groups
of individuals. As we are mobile and operate primarily at night, customers have
the luxury of having their vehicles cleaned while home. Our company is also 100% mobile which
means we are able to clean any vehicle on the spot. All company vehicles come equipped with
its own water and power source which means we need no designated area to perform our services. |

Tenants will no longer have to wait in shops while there vehicles get detailed at market prices as they will now have the luxury of stepping into a clean car as they wake up to go to work. . |
Although this service is managed in its entirety by Streakfree Detailing, the Condo may realize a revenue gain from these premium services provided to its tenants through a $2 increase on top of service prices for administrative fees (i.e. Condo courtesy Front Desk involvement in management of key drop off /lock box). |

The Condo Corporation will not see an additional cost related to this program. The Management and control of this additional service to tenants will be the responsibility of StreakFree Detailing. The Condo will have zero liability for any of Streakfree Detailing activities performed on site as the company has 100% insurance coverage and is bonded. |
